Howakai activities
 
"Howakai" is an employees union that all the TGK employees join to enhance
communications among the members.
It conducts various events, group activities, congratulatory and condolence payments, etc.
 
Events
Seasonal events are held every year and many employees and their families
join the events optionally.
These events help enhancing communications in a different way from normal works.

  Ski club
 
 
The ski club is active from December through end of winter every year.
They enjoy ski trips and many fun events.
   
Baseball club
 
 
The baseball club has trainings twice a month.
They join a tournament held by Hachioji baseball league in spring and autumn.
To aim the championship, they have internal trainings and also practice games with customers actively.
Recently they are approaching the championship thanks to good performance of younger players from new employees.
A get-together after the training is one of their funs!!
   
  Tennis club
 
The members play tennis every Thursday at night.
The experienced as well as the beginner can join their activities in a friendly atmosphere.
They have tennis trips every autumn, in which they also enjoy fireworks, cook meal, and sometimes do karaoke after the training.
